My Story

I've actually lived this.

I wasn't always a coach. I was an overweight chef and restaurateur working 16-hour days in restaurants, hotels, and resorts. Constant stress, the wrong foods, no time for myself — and my health paid the price. High blood pressure. High cholesterol. Blood sugar issues. Knee and back pain. A pinched sciatic nerve.

My breaking point? I had to cancel a family vacation because I couldn't physically fit into an airplane seat.

That moment forced me to change my life. I lost over 80 pounds, fixed my health markers, and rebuilt everything — then became a certified nutrition coach to help others do the same. Not with supplements or gimmicks. With real food, prepared and timed correctly.

Do I have to give up carbs?

Not in the Balanced Lifestyle program — you'll still eat starches, pastas, and carbs. We just teach you when and how to eat them so your body burns fat instead of storing it. If you prefer low-carb, the Keto program is built for that.
